Speciality Coffee Association (SCA) – Barista Skills Intermediate Certificate
It is recommended that you have some experience of working in this field before attempting this level or have successfully passed Barista Skills Foundation. Established baristas may want to start at Intermediate Level.

– Grinding, Dosing & Tamping
– Extraction & Brewing
– Milk Techniques
– Hygiene, Health & Safety
– Customer Service
– Cleaning, Maintenance & Troubleshooting
(10% off if apply both Foundation & Intermediate at the same time)
(Course fee including Exam & Certificate fee)
(SCA Certificate will be issued if the Exams ALL PASSED)
