This course takes you through a wide range of home filter methods.
Course content include,
– Introduction to Coffee
– Basic Green Bean Botany
– Introduction to coffee tasting
– Correct “Water-Coffee” Ratio
– Brewing Coffee with different brewing methods

Brewing methods includes:
*Hand-Drip filter
*Espro Press / French Press
*Clever Cup dripper

本課程會讓各位認識各種可於家中使用的咖啡過濾式沖泡法。
在課程中，我們會講解如何使用各種過濾式沖泡法，哪種方法會較容易做出高品質的咖啡，
以及如何在家中同樣達到相同的品質。完全地學懂各種咖啡沖泡技能。

課程內容包括，
－ 介紹何謂咖啡
－ 簡單咖啡生豆植物學
－ 介紹如何品評咖啡
－ 正確 “水－咖啡” 比例
－ 課程會以 “手沖” 沖泡法為主要練習方法
(亦可選擇試用不同的沖泡法沖泡咖啡)
