 preciation and discover own preference of flavor by tasting and comparing 
 chocolate of different brands in different degree of cocoa and chocolates 
 of a single origin or a single type.  Upon completion of the workshop\, y
 ou will be able to acquire more knowledge towards chocolate and cocoa and\
 , most importantly to learn how to taste chocolate by mastering its qualit
