Speciality Coffee Association (SCA) – Sensory Skills (Intermediate)

This course is ideal for someone already working in the area who wants to develop their knowledge of sensory skills. It is broken down into three areas: How we taste, perceive and interpret; Running a cupping session and tasting the diversity of coffee; How to set up sensory skills in your business;

Students who have not previously completed SCA Sensory Skills – Foundation will need to demonstrate knowledge of sensory basics in order to enroll for this Intermediate course.
It is mandatory to hold certification at the Intermediate level before pursuing the Professional level course, which requires extensive relevant experience.

The course fee includes 1 written and 1 practical test.
Successful students will be awarded 10 points towards the SCA Coffee Skills Program.

Course Content Includes:

– Sensory Analysis of Coffee
– Sensory Physiology
– Taste, Perceive and Interpret
– Cupping Practice
– Sensory Panels

(Will be issued SCA Certificate if the Exams PASSED)
(Course fee including Exam & Certificate fee)
(Credits for SCA Coffee Skills Program: 10 points)

-品嘗,感知和解釋
-杯測練習
-感官小組

(如所有考試合格,將獲頒發 SCA 的合格證書)
(費用包括上課,考試及證書費)
