The chocolate tasting workshop will mainly introduce the very basics of chocolate to you.  You will understand cocoa and chocolate with appreciation and discover own preference of flavor by tasting and comparing chocolate of different brands in different degree of cocoa and chocolates of a single origin or a single type.  Upon completion of the workshop, you will be able to acquire more knowledge towards chocolate and cocoa and, most importantly to learn how to taste chocolate by mastering its quality and basic standard.

朱古力品嚐會將以基礎入門為主，大家會嘗試不同品牌嘅朱古力以作比較，除咗提供不同可可含量之外，仲會有單地區或單品種嘅朱古力，讓你懂得品味朱古力之餘，也可嘗試發掘自己對朱古力嘅喜好。完成朱古力品嚐會後，你將會對朱古力及可可有多點知識，更明白怎樣品嚐朱古力，並掌握辨識朱古力品質的基本認識。
